CAST STEEL GLOBE VALVES

D Valve in-house designed, manufactured and tested cast steel globe valves are complying international design standards such as BS 1873, ASME B 16.34, MSS SP-144. The quality is ensured from the receipt of components till the despatch of the valve to customer. We understand the pain of customers on maintenance of components/valves; these valves are designed and assembled with few components hence less maintenance required in service life. We assure our product range meets most of the customer requirement w.r.t size, pressure class, material of construction, design.

Valve operation All our globe valves i) class 150# upto NPS 10” (DN 250) are manual operated with Handwheel, NPS 12” (DN300) and above gear operated. ii) class 300# upto NPS 8” (DN 200) are manual operated with Handwheel, NPS 10” (DN250) and above gear operated.
iii) class 600# upto NPS 6” (DN 150) are manual operated with Handwheel, NPS 8” (DN200) and above gear operated. iv) class 900# up NPS 3” (DN 80) are manual operated with Handwheel, NPS 4” (DN100) and above gear operated. v) class 1500# upto NPS 2 ½” (DN 65) are manual operated with Handwheel, NPS 3” (DN80) and above gear operated. vi) class 2500# upto NPS 2 ½” (DN 65) are manual operated with Handwheel, NPS 3” (DN80) and above gear operated. (Actuator/Gearbox for all above sizes are availbale upon request)
